1. General Refund Terms

Due to the digital nature of our short drama content, all purchases are generally considered final. Once you have gained access to the content, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

d. Content Not Delivered: If you completed a purchase but did not receive access to the content within 24 hours and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

a. Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after purchasing or accessing the content.

b. Content Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the quality or storyline of the short drama after viewing it. We encourage you to watch free previews or trailers before making a purchase.

c. Subscription Renewals: Automatic subscription renewals that you failed to cancel before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription settings.

d. Partial Viewing: If you have watched more than 20% of the purchased content.

e. Account Violations: If your account has been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Subscription Cancellation

For subscription-based services:

a. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

b. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

c. You will continue to have access to premium content until the end of the paid period.

d. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of your current subscription period.

e. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

7. Currency and Exchange Rates

All refunds will be processed in the original currency of the transaction.

If currency exchange rates have changed between the time of purchase and the refund, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the original charge due to exchange rate fluctuations. DramaMind is not responsible for any differences caused by currency exchange rates.

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

If you purchased content or a subscription using a promotional code or discount:

a. Refunds will be processed for the actual amount paid, not the original price.

b. Promotional codes and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be refunded separately.

c. If a refund is issued, the promotional code used for that purchase will be voided and cannot be reused.
